The Glascock County Panthers softball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Thomson Bulldogs to 2 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Glascock County improves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Panthers travel to Briarwood Academy (Warrenton, GA) to clash with the Buccaneers in a non-league game on Tuesday, August 23. The Buccaneers come into the game with a record of 4-1. Briarwood Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Brentwood (Sandersville, GA)

The Bulldogs (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Westside (Augusta, GA). The Patriots enter the 2A Region 4 test with a 0-0 record.
