Silverdale Academy Seahawks (Chattanooga, TN) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Walker Valley Mustangs (Cleveland, TN), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Seahawks confront the Grace Christian Academy Lions (Franklin, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 19. Silverdale Academy will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Brentwood Academy (Brentwood, TN).

The Mustangs now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Chattanooga Christian for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 22. Walker Valley will confront a Chargers team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Daviess County (Owensboro, KY). The Chargers record now stands at 6-0.
