In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Princeton Bulldogs volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Fike Demons.
The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against South Johnston (Four Oaks, NC). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Demons clash with the Southern Nash Firebirds (Bailey, NC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, August 21. Fike will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
