Oklahoma High School Softball - Chouteau-Mazie bounces Dewey

Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Chouteau-Mazie Wildcats (Chouteau, OK) and the visiting Dewey Bulldoggers (Dewey, OK), witnessed Chouteau-Mazie's softball squad tip Dewey by a count of 11-6.

The Wildcats now sport a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Commerce for a 2A match on Friday, August 18. Chouteau-Mazie will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 13-0 non-league win over Welch (Welch, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Dewey moves to 6-3 on the season. The Bulldoggers travel to Collinsville (Collinsville, OK) to meet the Cardinals in a non-league match on Thursday, August 17. The Cardinals go into the match with a record of 3-3. Collinsville lost 6-5 in their recent non-league match against Chelsea (Chelsea, OK)
