The Billies (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Tomball Memorial (Tomball, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 9-4 record. In their last battle, Tomball Memorial lost by Stony Point (Round Rock, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eagles battle the Mansfield Tigers (Mansfield, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 18. Abilene will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 8-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Canyon (New Braunfels, TX).
