The Bellmont Braves (Decatur, IN) volleyball overcame the host Fort Wayne Bishop Luers Knights (Fort Wayne, IN), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Bellmont upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Braves travel to Yorktown (Yorktown, IN) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 19. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 2-0. Yorktown won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory (Indianapolis, IN)

The Knights now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Huntington North for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 22. Fort Wayne Bishop Luers will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Warsaw (Warsaw, IN). The Vikings record now stands at 4-2.
