The Citrus Hill Hawks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pacific Pirates to 2 in the Hawks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hawks now have a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Gorgonio for a non-league game on Monday, August 21. Citrus Hill will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Colton (Colton, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.
The Pirates (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Arroyo Valley (San Bernardino, CA). The Hawks enter the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Arroyo Valley was nudged by Acaciawood (Anaheim, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
