In Thursday's non-league contest, the Clear Brook Wolverines (Friendswood, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the host Lamar Texans (Houston, TX), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Wolverines face the Foster Falcons (Richmond, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 17. Clear Brook will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 8-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX).
