Texas High School Volleyball - Troy tips Connally

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Troy Trojans (Troy, TX) and the visiting Connally Cadets (Waco, TX), saw Troy's volleyball squad nip Connally by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Troy upgrades its record to 7-3 on the year. The Trojans travel to Llano (Llano, TX) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 17. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Llano won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Eastside Early College (Austin, TX)

The Cadets now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Jarrell for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 17. Connally will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Florence (Florence, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
