The Decatur Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Guyer Wildcats to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles now possess a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Oaks for a non-league game on Thursday, August 17. Decatur will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Stratford (Houston, TX). The Grizzlies record now stands at 10-0.
The Wildcats (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Boswell (Fort Worth, TX). The Pioneers enter the non-league game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Boswell defeated Azle (Azle, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
