Hawaii High School Volleyball - Island can't hold off Polytechnic

In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Polytechnic Panthers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Island .
The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Le Jardin Academy (Kailua, HI). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Le Jardin Academy was edged by Punahou (Honolulu, HI), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the clash with the Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves (El Segundo, CA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 18. Island will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Wolves come into the battle with a 0-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Sacred Hearts Academy (Honolulu, HI).
