The Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN) volleyball were winner over the host Paoli Rams (Paoli, IN), 3-1 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Mitchell betters its record to 5-1 on the year. The Bluejackets host Orleans (Orleans, IN) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 19. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 4-1. Orleans won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against South Central (Elizabeth, IN)

The Rams now sport a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hauser for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 19. Paoli will face a Jets squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN). The Jets record now stands at 2-1.
