The Monroe Central Golden Bears volleyball team (Parker City, IN), went down 3-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Muncie Burris Owls (Muncie, IN)

The Owls (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Adams Central (Monroe, IN). The Flying Jets enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Adams Central defeated Eastbrook (Marion, IN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Golden Bears encounter the Southern Wells Raiders (Poneto, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 22. Monroe Central will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.
