The Mooreville Troopers topped the visiting South Pontotoc Cougars volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Troopers now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Smithville for a non-league test on Monday, August 21. Mooreville will confront a Seminoles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Houston (Houston, MS). The Seminoles record now stands at 4-3.
The Cougars (2-4) will now prepare for their test against North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, North Pontotoc was knocked off by Belmont (Belmont, MS), 3-0, in a non-league test.
