In Saturday's non-league game, the Moanalua Menehune (Honolulu, HI) football team triumphed over the visiting Kamehameha Hawai'i Warriors (Kea'au, HI), by a score of 35-0.
In their next game, the Menehune face the Capistrano Valley Cougars (Mission Viejo, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 23. Moanalua will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record.
The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Honoka'a (Honoka'a, HI). The Dragons enter the Big Island II game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Honoka'a was ripped by King Kekaulike (Pukalani, HI), 41-17, in a non-league game.
