Kentucky High School Soccer - Harding Academy knocks off Powell County

Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Harding Academy Lions (Memphis, TN) and the host Powell County Pirates (Stanton, KY), saw Harding Academy's soccer squad triumph over Powell County by a count of 6-0.
The Lions (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Westview (Martin, TN). The Chargers enter the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Westview tipped Obion County (Troy, TN), 9-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Pirates battle the Kirkwood Cobras (Clarksville, TN) in a non-league battle, on Sunday, August 18. Powell County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
