St. Joseph Academy Jaguars (Cleveland, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Westlake Demons (Westlake, OH), 5-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, St. Joseph Academy advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Midview (Grafton, OH) to clash with the Middies in a non-league test on Monday, August 19. The Middies come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Demons now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Avon Lake for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 21. Westlake will clash with a Shoremen team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Mayfield (Mayfield, OH). The Shoremen record now stands at 0-1.
