Colorado High School Softball - Denver East Silver Creek

Silver Creek Raptors (Longmont, CO) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Denver East Angels (Denver, CO), 8-2 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Silver Creek improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Raptors travel to Overland (Aurora, CO) to play the Trailblazers in a non-league game on Tuesday, August 20. The Trailblazers enter the game with a record of 1-0. Overland won 16-6 in their recent non-league game against Doherty (Colorado Springs, CO)

The Angels now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Thornton for a non-league game on Monday, August 19. Denver East will play a Trojans squad coming off a 19-8 non-league loss to Resurrection Christian (Loveland, CO). The Trojans record now stands at 0-1.
