The East Union Urchins topped the visiting Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Urchins confront the Kossuth Aggies (Kossuth, MS) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 17. East Union will attempt to advance on its 8-1 season record. The Aggies go into the game with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Alcorn Central (Glen, MS).

The Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Hickory Flat (Hickory Flat, MS). The Rebels go into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Hickory Flat gained a win over Senatobia (Senatobia, MS), 3-0, in a non-league game.
