Texas High School Volleyball - Pearce over Lone Star

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Pearce Mustangs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lone Star Rangers.

The Mustangs (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Plano East (Plano, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Plano East lost by Melissa (Melissa, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rangers play the Melissa Cardinals (Melissa, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 17. Lone Star will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Plano East (Plano, TX).
