Next, the Mavericks encounter the Carrizo Springs Wildcats (Carrizo Springs, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 20. Winn will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Wildcats go into the battle with a 6-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Jourdanton (Jourdanton, TX).
