The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Sierra Pacific Golden Bears (Hanford, CA) and the host Orange Cove Titans (Orange Cove, CA), observed Sierra Pacific's football squad defeat Orange Cove by a count of 26-7.

The Golden Bears now own a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Hoover for a non-league contest on Friday, August 26.

Coming up next, the Titans encounter the Riverdale Cowboys (Riverdale, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 26. Orange Cove will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Cowboys go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 37-21 non-league win over Tranquillity (Tranquillity, CA).
