In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Heritage Mountaineers soccer squad scored a close 8-2 triumph over the Scott Highlanders.
The Mountaineers (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Coffee County Central (Manchester, TN). The Red Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Coffee County Central was overwhelmed by Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN), 8-1, in a non-league battle.
The Highlanders (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Harriman (Harriman, TN). The Blue Devils come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Harriman was overwhelmed by Pigeon Forge (Pigeon Forge, TN), 4-0, in a non-league battle.
