In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Collins Titans soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Oldham County Colonels.
The Titans (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Marion County (Lebanon, KY). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Marion County held off Fairdale (Fairdale, KY), 2-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Colonels battle the Bowling Green Purples (Bowling Green, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, August 20. Oldham County will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Purples go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 5-2 league win over Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY).
