The Screven County Gamecocks routed the visiting Jenkins County War Eagles softball squad by a final score of 8-0 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Gamecocks (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Claxton (Claxton, GA). The Tigers go into the 1A D-I Region 3 battle with a 2-3 record.
