With the win, Anderson upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Cubs host Trinity (Weaverville, CA) to play the Wolves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 23. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Trinity won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Gridley (Gridley, CA)

The Tigers now own a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Los Molinos for a non-league contest on Saturday, August 20. Oroville will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Paradise Adventist Academy (Paradise, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.
