The North Shore Mustangs prevailed the visiting New Caney Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sterling for a non-league test on Friday, August 19. North Shore will confront a Rangers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Episcopal (Bellaire, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 6-1.
The Eagles (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Barbers Hill gained a win over Dickinson (Dickinson, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
