The Poolville Monarchs topped the visiting Mineral Wells Rams volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Monarchs now have a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lingleville for a non-league test on Thursday, August 18. Poolville will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Garner (Weatherford, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-1.
The Rams (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Breckenridge (Breckenridge, TX). The Buckaroos enter the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Breckenridge gained a win over Tolar (Tolar, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
