The Ben Lomond Scots thwarted the visiting Mountain View Bruins football team by a count of 30-18 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Ben Lomond upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Scots travel to Evanston (Evanston, WY) to encounter the Devils in a non-league outing on Friday, August 25. The Devils go into the outing with a record of 0-0.

With the loss, Mountain View moves to 0-2 on the season. The Bruins host Cottonwood (Salt Lake City, UT) to encounter the Colts in a non-league outing on Friday, August 25. The Colts go into the outing with a record of 0-2. Cottonwood lost 50-0 in their recent non-league outing against Salem Hills (Salem, UT)
