South Carolina High School Football - Chesnee topples Blue Ridge

The Chesnee Eagles (Chesnee, SC) football defeated the visiting Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers (Greer, SC), 41-30 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Broome Centurions (Spartanburg, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, August 25. Chesnee will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Centurions enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 22-21 non-league win over Powdersville (Greenville, SC).

The Fighting Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Liberty (Liberty, SC). The Red Devils enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Liberty defeated Carolina Academy (Greenville, SC), 28-20, in a non-league bout.
