The North Rowan Cavaliers walloped the visiting East Rowan Mustangs football team by a count of 51-10 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, North Rowan upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Forest Hills (Marshville, NC) to encounter the Yellow Jackets in a non-league outing on Friday, August 25. The Yellow Jackets go into the outing with a record of 1-0. Forest Hills won 55-12 in their recent non-league outing against Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC)

With the loss, East Rowan moves to 0-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to North Stanly (New London, NC) to encounter the Comets in a non-league outing on Friday, August 25. The Comets go into the outing with a record of 1-0. North Stanly won 17-12 in their recent non-league outing against Anson (Wadesboro, NC)
