Tennessee High School Football - Evangelical Christian drops to Goodpasture Christian

August 18, 2023: Cordova, TN 38018

In Friday's non-league game, the Goodpasture Christian Cougars (Madison, TN) football team knocked off the host Evangelical Christian Eagles (Cordova, TN), by a final score of 28-7.

The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Silverdale Academy (Chattanooga, TN). The Seahawks come into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Silverdale Academy was dropped by White County (Sparta, TN), 28-13, in a non-league game.

The Eagles now hold a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Olive Branch for a non-league game on Friday, August 25.
