California High School Football - Morro Bay smashes Foothill

The Morro Bay Pirates (Morro Bay, CA) football routed the visiting Foothill Trojans (Bakersfield, CA), 38-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Pirates face the Mt. Whitney Pioneers (Visalia, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, August 25. Morro Bay will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Pioneers enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 54-13 non-league loss to Tulare Union (Tulare, CA).

The Trojans (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Desert (Edwards AFB, CA). The Scorpions enter the non-league bout with a 0-0 record.
