The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Kauai Red Raiders (Lihue, HI) and the visiting Viewpoint Patriots (Calabasas, CA), observed Kauai's football squad defeat Viewpoint by a count of 20-6.

The Red Raiders now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Damien for a non-league contest on Friday, August 25. Kauai will encounter a Monarchs squad coming off a 37-32 non-league win over Nanakuli (Waianae, HI). The Monarchs record now stands at 1-1.

Coming up next, the Patriots encounter the Eastside Lions (Lancaster, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 25. Viewpoint will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 20-6 non-league win over Rowland (Rowland Heights, CA).
