Utah High School Football - Maple Mountain sneaks past Spanish Fork

August 18, 2023: Spanish Fork, UT 84040

The Maple Mountain Golden Eagles football squad scored 27 points and restricted the visiting Spanish Fork Dons to 24 in the Golden Eagles non-league victory on Friday.

The Golden Eagles now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salem Hills for a non-league battle on Friday, August 25. Maple Mountain will face a Skyhawks squad coming off a 50-0 non-league win over Cottonwood (Salt Lake City, UT). The Skyhawks record now stands at 1-1.

Coming up next, the Dons face the Orem Tigers (Orem, UT) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 25. Spanish Fork will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 24-20 non-league loss to American Fork (American Fork, UT).
