The South Gallia Rebels (Crown City, OH) football edged the visiting Southern Tornadoes (Racine, OH), 32-28 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Rebels face the River Valley Raiders (Bidwell, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, August 25. South Gallia will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 55-6 non-league loss to Eastern (Reedsville, OH).
