California High School Football - Wheatland victorious over South Tahoe

The Wheatland Pirates (Wheatland, CA) football overcame the host South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA), 30-6 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Pirates face the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, August 25. Wheatland will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Miners enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 27-19 non-league loss to Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA).

The Vikings (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Dayton (Dayton, NV). The Dust Devils enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Dayton thwarted Yerington (Yerington, NV), 35-0, in a non-league bout.
