With the win, Alemany upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Warriors host Arlington (Riverside, CA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 19. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Arlington won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA)

The Knights now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Notre Dame Academy for a non-league bout on Monday, August 21. Notre Dame (SO) will play a Regal Gryphons squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Long Beach Poly (Long Beach, CA). The Regal Gryphons record now stands at 4-2.
