The Celina Bobcats held off the host Henrietta Bearcats volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bobcats now have a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monahans for a non-league test on Friday, August 18. Celina will confront a Loboes team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Odessa (Odessa, TX). The Loboes record now stands at 6-2.
The Bearcats (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Midlothian Heritage (Midlothian, TX). The Jaguars enter the non-league test with a 7-9 record. In their last test, Midlothian Heritage was nudged by Godley (Godley, TX), 3-1, in a non-league test.
