The North Lamar Panthers (Paris, TX) volleyball overcame the host Community Braves (Nevada, TX), 3-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, North Lamar upgrades its record to 8-3 on the year. The Panthers travel to Trenton (Trenton, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 19. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 5-6.
The Braves now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Brownsboro for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 19. Community will play a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX). The Bears record now stands at 9-4.
