Texas High School Volleyball - Round Rock tips Fort Bend Austin

In Friday's non-league contest, the Round Rock Dragons (Round Rock, TX) volleyball squad nudged the host Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Dragons battle the Steele Knights (Cibolo, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 18. Round Rock will attempt to better on its 13-5 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 3-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Tivy (Kerrville, TX).

With the loss, Fort Bend Austin moves to 5-8 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Langham Creek (Houston, TX) to battle the Lobos in a non-league contest on Friday, August 18. The Lobos go into the contest with a record of 9-4. Langham Creek won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Incarnate Word (San Antonio, TX)
