The Port Neches-Groves Indians topped the host Hardin-Jefferson Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Indians now have a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Caney Creek for a non-league test on Friday, August 18. Port Neches-Groves will confront a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Warren (Warren, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 5-1.
The Hawks (7-2) will now prepare for their test against Livingston (Livingston, TX). The Lions enter the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Livingston was knocked off by East Chambers (Winnie, TX), 2-1, in a non-league test.
