Texas High School Volleyball - Horizon over Rankin

In Friday's non-league contest, the Horizon Scorpions (El Paso, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the host Rankin Red Devils (Rankin, TX), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Scorpions face the Alpine Bucks (Alpine, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 18. Horizon will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Bucks go into the contest with a 7-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Pecos (Pecos, TX).

With the loss, Rankin moves to 0-4 on the year. The Red devils travel to Grape Creek (San Angelo, TX) to face the Eagles in a non-league contest on Friday, August 18. The Eagles go into the contest with a record of 1-2. Grape Creek lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Hawley (Hawley, TX)
