Windthorst Trojans (Windthorst, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Malakoff Tigers (Malakoff, TX), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Greenwood Rangers (Midland, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 19. Windthorst will attempt to advance on its 12-0 season record. The Rangers come into the match with a 8-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Wichita Falls (Wichita Falls, TX).

With the loss, Malakoff drops to 7-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Bryson (Bryson, TX) to clash with the Cowboys in a non-league match on Friday, August 18. The Cowboys come into the match with a record of 1-3. Bryson won 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Munday (Munday, TX)
