The Yukon Millers softball team scored 8 runs and held the host Altus Bulldogs to 2 in the Millers non-league win on Sunday.

The Millers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Choctaw for a non-league battle on Monday, August 19. Yukon will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Cache (Cache, OK). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, Altus moves to 3-4 on the season. The Bulldogs host Leedey (Leedey, OK) to confront the Bison in a non-league battle on Monday, August 19. The Bison come into the battle with a record of 2-2. Leedey won 6-2 in their recent league battle against Canute (Canute, OK)
