The Flames (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Cornerstone Christian (Willoughby, OH). The Patriots go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Cornerstone Christian edged Lakeside (Ashtabula, OH), 4-0, in a non-league test.

The Mounties now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwestern for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 20. Mapleton will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Hiland (Berlin, OH). The Huskies record now stands at 0-1.
