In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Spring Creek Gators soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 victory over the North Lenoir Hawks.
The Gators (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Smithfield-Selma (Smithfield, NC). The Spartans go into the non-league outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, Smithfield-Selma got by North Johnston (Kenly, NC), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Hawks play the Swansboro Pirates (Swansboro, NC) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, August 26. North Lenoir will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
