With the triumph, South Allegheny advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Gladiators host Seton LaSalle (Pittsburgh, PA) to play the Rebels in a WPIAL AA 3 outing on Wednesday, August 20. The Rebels go into the outing with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Tigers play the Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA) in a WPIAL AAA 2 outing, on Tuesday, August 26. McKeesport will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
