The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Wetumka Chieftains (Wetumka, OK) and the visiting Maud Tigers (Maud, OK), observed Wetumka's softball team prevail over Maud by a tally of 10-0.

The Chieftains (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Stuart (Stuart, OK). The Hornets enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Stuart knocked off Whitesboro (Whitesboro, OK), 11-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Byng Pirates (Ada, OK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, August 21. Maud will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record.
