The Pickens County Tornadoes football team (Reform, AL), was ripped 55-12 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Aliceville Yellowjackets (Aliceville, AL)

The Yellowjackets (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Center Point (Birmingham, AL). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Center Point trounced Jasper (Jasper, AL), 51-27, in a non-league challenge.

The Tornadoes now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Brilliant for a 1A Region 5 challenge on Friday, August 26. Pickens County will meet a Tigers team coming off a 53-8 non-league loss to Waterloo (Waterloo, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
